The LevelDex valve combines the features of a high-tech control valve with the simplicity of application. Designed for superior hydraulic performance, it offers a higher dynamic working pressure than most traditional level control or hydraulic valves which typically only manage a 3:1 turndown ratio before cavitation occurs.
With LevelDex, users can safely achieve a 5:1 turndown ratio without fear of cavitation.
The innovative dead-band opening and closing cycle of the pilot ensures the valve is either fully open or fully closed eliminating modulation or throttling and extending valve life.
Constructed from lightweight materials, the valve is easy to install, handle, and maintain, making it ideal for a variety of system applications.
To suit specific system designs, the LevelDex is available with either remote or direct-acting pilots, allowing flexibility and optimisation for end-user requirements.
