REPORTING TO: HR Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT: The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
- To assist the HR Department on various Human Resources related projects.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- National Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or similar
EXPERIENCE:
- No work experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Working Knowledge of South Africa Labour Laws (BCEA and LRA)
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
